Delivery and Returns
Deliveries within the United Kingdom
We aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 5pm same day (Monday to Friday) and 2pm Saturday. We expect most of the orders to our UK customers to be delivered the next working day (although please note that we are dependent on Royal Mail's services and therefore cannot guarantee a next day delivery, unless this service has been selected).
Please be advised that where a next-day delivery is specified, this only applies to 'business days'. If an order is placed before 3pm on a Friday it will be dispatched out for delivery on Monday. Any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. If delivery on Saturday is required, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0800 488 0288.

Deliveries within Europe
If you require delivery to a European country outside of the UK please contact us on 0800 488 0288 or via email at [email protected]. Please note that we dispatch international orders by either Royal Mail Air sure, International Signed For, FedEx or DPD (By Road). The delivery time will vary country to country which is completely dependent on each country's own postal system however, we expect that most orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom and Europe
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to dispatch our products to countries outside of the United Kingdom and Europe. If you intend to purchase our products for use in a country not within the United Kingdom or Europe, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0800 488 0288.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from first4magnets. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a refund provided the item is returned in a fully resalable condition. We do not refund postage charges unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please note that requests for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.
We aim to provide a hassle-free way to return your purchase. To return your items, please log in to your account and navigate to your orders. Within your orders screen, click the "Return Order" button on the applicable order to download your printable returns slip. Please note, returns are to be made at the cost of the customer.

Our printed products are made to order based on artwork provided by the customer. Once the artwork is uploaded, the product enters custom production and cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
All of our secondary glazing products are made to order based on the measurements confirmed by the customer. Once sizing has been confirmed, the product enters custom production and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
This policy applies because custom-sized products cannot be resold or reused. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before confirming sizing and placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product is faulty or not manufactured in accordance with the confirmed specifications.
You will be contacted as soon as we receive your returned order and we will work as quickly as possible to issue a refund to the original method of payment. We try to issue refunds on the day of receiving your order, although sometimes it may take between 3- 5 working days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on postal charges.
On the unlikely chance you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us on 0800 488 0288 and we will send out a replacement. We will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return faulty or damaged products. Please send us a copy of your postage receipt.
Returned magnets may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, so a refund will only be 75% of the original price paid.
We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit so please keep your proof of postage.
IMPORTANT NOTE
It is important to understand that strong magnets need to be packed in a way that creates a large gap between the magnets and anything made of steel which will be encountered on the parcels journey. If magnets are insufficiently packaged magnets will stick to sorting machinery causing them to become lost or cause blockages and if they do stick to a steel object and become ripped from their packaging, they can cause injury to unsuspecting postal workers.
We strongly advise that you reuse the delivery packaging for the return, to ensure that the item is not damaged in transit. It is imperative that magnets travel safely and do not interrupt or cause harm to machinery or person(s), by reusing our protective packaging, we can be sure that your parcel will travel safely.
We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
